A stable internet connection is required for video calls and remote features. If the home does not have WiFi, we assess this as part of our consultation and can help coordinate the right solution before installation day. We handle the technical setup from start to finish.
Will this replace their current cable or satellite service?
Not at all. Our system works alongside existing Comcast, DirecTV, or Dish service. Your loved one can still watch all their favorite shows exactly as they do now. Our system adds a care and connection layer on top of what they already have.
How does the family app work?
