Our Mission: Bridging the Distance with the Technology They Already Love

At Connected Living, we didn’t start out as tech enthusiasts; we started as family members.
We saw firsthand the frustration of trying to teach an aging parent how to use a tablet, the worry of a missed phone call, and the
"tech-support fatigue" that happens when a loved one accidentally hits the wrong button on their remote.
We realized that for most seniors, a new device isn't a gift it’s a burden.

That’s why we decided to do things differently.
Instead of asking seniors to change their habits, we decided to change their technology. We specialize in transforming the one device every senior is already comfortable with, the television, into a powerful tool for safety, health, and family connection.

"What if my loved one doesn't have Wi-Fi?"

While a stable internet connection is required for video calls and remote management, don't let that stop you. As part of our professional assessment, we can help coordinate the right internet solution  We handle the technical setup from start to finish.
"Will this replace their current cable or satellite service?"

Not at all. Our system is a "pass-through" technology. It works alongside their existing Cable, DirecTV, or Dish service. They can still watch all their favorite shows exactly as they do now; our system simply adds a "care layer" for communication and safety.
"Can I really control their TV from my phone?"

Yes. Through our secure family app, you can see what is currently on their screen, change the channel for them, or adjust the volume. It’s like being in the room with them, even if you’re miles away.
 
"Is my loved one’s privacy protected?"

Absolutely. Privacy is our top priority. The camera features a physical privacy shutter, and the "Auto-Answer" video feature is completely optional. You control who has access to the system, and all communications are encrypted and secure.

"What happens if the system stops working?"

Because we are your local partner, you don't call a generic help desk. You call us. We can troubleshoot most issues remotely in minutes. If a hands-on fix is needed, we’ll schedule a priority visit to your loved one’s home.
